Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking with Maahi Holidays & Events will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the booking request and the required advance payment, followed by the issuance of an official booking confirmation.

A minimum 40% advance payment is generally required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid before commencement of the tour.

2. Payment

Payments may be made through Bank Transfer, Cash, Demand Draft, Cheque, or other approved payment methods.

Any applicable bank, transaction, or remittance charges shall be borne by the customer.

3. Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

  • 30 days or more before the trip: 50% of the total trip cost.
  • 15 to 30 days before the trip: 75% of the total trip cost.
  • 0 to 15 days before the trip: 100% of the total trip cost.

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the destination, hotel, season, or services selected.

No refund will be provided for cancellations caused by weather conditions, government restrictions, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Refund Policy

Eligible refunds will be processed according to the applicable cancellation policy.

Refunds are generally processed within 4 to 10 business days. Applicable bank or transaction charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

5. Itinerary Changes

Maahi Holidays & Events reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, landslides, government restrictions, safety concerns, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Any necessary changes will be made keeping the safety and comfort of travelers in mind.

6. Liability & Third-Party Services

Maahi Holidays & Events works with hotels, transport operators, airlines, guides, and other third-party service providers.

We shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, losses, service disruptions, or additional expenses caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Travel Documents, Health & Insurance

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification, passports, visas, permits, and any other required travel documents.

Travelers must ensure that they are physically and medically fit for the journey.

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. Personal baggage and belongings remain at the traveler's own risk.

8. Force Majeure & Governing Law

Maahi Holidays & Events shall not be liable for failure or delay of services caused by natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, political disturbances, government actions, pandemics, road closures, or other events beyond our control.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
